Sudhakar Sundaresan (Sudha) is the head of the service delivery organization focused on delivering network and security services to customers ranging from SMB to Enterprise across North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. Sudha has spent close to 20 years in Telecom leading teams in a wide variety of areas which include data modelling, data architecture, enterprise architecture, business architecture, product strategy and business operations. Sudha now leads service delivery for Lumen Technologies where he leverages his experience to drive transformational change utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles combined with automation, data analytics and AI/ML to improve his team’s operational efficiency. Sudha has a bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madras University, India and a masters degree in Computer Science from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
