Based in Stockholm, Simen Munter is the Chief Operating Officer, Commercial and Business Banking, providing leadership for operational delivery in this area.   

Simen has worked in a wide range of roles in financial services since 1991, mainly in emerging markets, and has deep knowledge and understanding of the banking industry generally, high volume/high value/high complexity delivery specifically.

Simen is a lean evangelist who loves process and technology (especially Robotics/AI) whilst recognising that it is people first, they are making it all work. 

Before starting his banking career, Simen taught at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, where he also studied and graduated with a Master’s of Science in Business degree.
