Mr. Fournier is currently the Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Wiley, a global publishing, research and learning organization. Mr. Fournier is a senior business and digital transformation leader with 20+ years of experience creating and leading global cross-functional teams.

Mr. Fournier’s career has been focused on delivering end-to-end business transformation across people, process, technology and analytics. He has a proven track record of creating value through service improvements, operational and technical efficiencies, regulatory compliance and cost savings.

Prior to working at Wiley, Mr. Fournier was the AVP and Chief Business Transformation Officer at New York University where he spent 10 years building a global team leading strategic technology and business transformation initiatives designed to maximize operational efficiency and optimize service levels. Prior to that, Mr. Fournier led a global PMO organization with over a hundred staff at Lehman Brothers after initiating his career at Deloitte consulting.

Mr. Fournier holds a Masters Degree in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as both a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics Applied to Economics, and Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology from UCLA.
