Lorraine Saintus is the first Associate Vice President of Performance Improvement at the American Osteopathic Association. She is responsible for leading organizational-wide performance improvement initiatives that drive the customer/member experience, enhance operations, increase revenue and improve engagement. Mrs. Saintus has many key accomplishments, including being instrumental in leading several system-wide service and operational improvements within the hospital/health system and in retail healthcare settings. She utilizes LEAN, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process, and other process improvements, which has resulted in millions of dollars in ROI/ROQ. Mrs. Saintus’ has operational experience managing non-clinical hospital support operations which has included: Hospitality & Concierge Services, Information Desks, Greeters/Escorts, Valet Services, Guest Housing, Volunteer Services, Service Excellence, Language & Cultural Support, and Operations / Process Improvement. Mrs. Saintus obtained her Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) with a concentration in Health Services Administration from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee; Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama; and is also certified in Lean Six Sigma. She has been a resource to both non-profit and for profit healthcare.
