Jeff applies nearly 20 years of management consulting experience to form and deliver holistic operating-income improvement programs for clients. He specializes in large-scale cost transformation programs for global technology, media, and telecommunications clients by driving structural change that reverses performance deterioration, eliminates complexity, and adapts to market disruption. Through the use of innovative tools and data-rich solutions, Jeff learns client organizations quickly and then defines and executes tactical, structural, and transformational actions to provide those clients with a strong return on investment. In addition, Jeff is a co-inventor of AlixPartners' proprietary radial organization analyzer tool, which has provided groundbreaking organizational visualization for more than 100 clients worldwide. He has a BS in finance and information systems from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
