David Jones is a team lead in Enterprise Process Improvement in the Information Services division of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, which has more than 6,000 employees and serves more than 3.5 million members in the state and across the country.

In this role, he is responsible for complex projects that span across the enterprise, providing consultation and leading a team to deliver solutions that enable the business to operate more efficiently.

As Team Lead for the Automation Team, Jones is focused on implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the enterprise. Using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, his team has improved processes prior to automation. His team has worked most recently on setting up an Automation Center of Excellence, deploying a new RPA tool, and roll-out of several processes into the production environment.

Jones is also well versed in Genesys Contact Center Tools, Workforce Management, is a certified Genesys Professional with a degree in Business Administration from Chattanooga State.
