Darryl Bonadio is the Director of the Enterprise Continuous Improvement Academy for TIAA, delivering training and providing consulting across the organization.  A Juran Master Black Belt, Darryl has been developing and teaching process improvement, quality, and innovation throughout his 30+ year career. He is skilled in classroom as well as online and eLearning delivery methods, and has experience in government, outsourcing, and healthcare.   He’s a Penn State graduate and has an MBA from Duquesne University, and holds serval certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management.  Recently, he has been co-leading development efforts around innovative service and product design based on Design Thinking and Lean Startup methods and approaches.
