Brandon Gerig is currently the
Process Design Manager for Veritas’ Services and Support organization.
After 11 years in the Air Force working through various avionics and
operational testing positions, he transitioned into the corporate sector.
He has filled various roles from Project Management to Process
Improvement. In his current role, he designs, implements, and improves
processes across 6 different unique business organizations. Not only has
he focused on external customer experiences, but he and his team have treated
internal business stakeholders as customers as well. This approach has
allowed the Process Design Team to find synergies in solving both external and
internal customers’ pain points.
