As a Performance Excellence Coach, Anthony’s primary responsibility at National Express involves, but not limited to, embedding the systematic use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies throughout the organization. He joined National Express in 2015, after serving in continuous improvement roles for publicly and privately-held organizations in the financial services and transporation industries, respectively. Since joining the company, Anthony obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and completed the Illinois Performance Exellence (Baldrige Award) examiner program. A native of Orlando, FL, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. He lives in the suburbs of Orlando, Florida with his lovely wife and son.
